1. Atelier Operations & Table Reservations
Table reservations requested through our digital portal are subject to seating availability and confirmation. We hold reserved tables for a maximum grace period of 15 minutes past the booking timestamp before releasing them to walk-in patrons.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary recipes, beverage photography, spatial designs, journal essays, and brand assets associated with Pickorahappybundl remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pickorahappybundl Café Studio Ltd. Unauthorized commercial duplication, scraping, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3. Allergen Awareness & Dietary Disclaimers
Our kitchen and bakery actively handle wheat (gluten), dairy, soy (konggaru), sesame (heukimja), and tree nuts. While strict separation protocols are enforced, patrons with severe anaphylactic sensitivities must inform our staff prior to consumption.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea and England and Wales. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Seoul.
